The Battle for Talent: What it Takes to be a Winner

January 25, 2022 8:30 am - 10:00 am Zoom Register

This spring, Forbes reported over 7 million jobs were posted online and in 1 month, nearly one million people in the U.S. found new jobs. According to the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in 2021, “more than half of employees surveyed in North America planned to look for a new job.” Companies that can successfully balance keeping their employees happy while enticing new recruits will be the winners in this increasingly competitive battle for talent.

Learn from this panel:

  • Why is there suddenly a shortage of workers, and will it last?
  • How do companies meet high salary expectations of recruits without causing current employees to feel undervalued?
  • What office amenities and perks do workers expect as a minimum?
  • What is driving so many workers to re-evaluate their career goals and work/life balance?
