Favorite thing about working in the AEC industry: The fast-paced environment, challenging projects, and tight knit Boston AEC community. I love walking through a city that I had a hand in building.

Recent project you’re proud of (and why): I am very proud of the BIDMC NIB (New Inpatient Building) located in Longwood that is currently in construction. The team overcame a number of coordination challenges and limitations within the new mechanical spaces since the building is cantilevering over an existing emergency department and loading dock. It is extremely fulfilling to work on a project that is going to have such a positive impact on the community and patient experience.

Special skill we may not know about: I can do the worm – it generally comes out on the dance floor at weddings.

Favorite place you’ve ever been: Ireland

What you’re likely to be doing on a Saturday: Going for long walk and then enjoying a coffee before diving into some project around my house.
