Years in the industry: 6 years
Favorite thing about working in the AEC industry: I love seeing someone’s vision come to life and being part of the team that makes that happen. Whenever I hear someone talk about a job that Lee Kennedy has done, I am proud to talk about all of the people and hard work that went into completing the project.
Recent project you’re proud of: Being able to help grow my colleagues’ careers and having the opportunity to promote and enhance the Lee Kennedy culture is something that I am proud to be part of. I made the jump from finance to Director of People and Culture in August, and I am so thankful to have been given that opportunity. I truly love the people and the culture of Lee Kennedy and I am so grateful to be able to work with my colleagues in a new way.
Favorite place you’ve ever been: I have two favorite places: During my junior year of college I studied in London for a semester and I was fortunate to have the opportunity to travel around smaller towns in England while I was there. My second favorite place I have been was France (Paris and Normandy). I loved all of the culture and architecture in both England and France. Both places were on the top of my “want to travel to” list and I am so grateful to have been able to travel to both already.
What you’re likely to be doing on a Saturday: Going for a hike with my husband and my dog, Moose.
